InterwovenAccessService is not starting

Hi,

My client is having Teamsite 6.7.2 installed in Windows 2003 Server (Enterprise Edition), this was installed in 2009. Now few days ago, the windows file lsass.exe got corrupted and windows was not getting started. We had repair the windows with it CD, after that when we were trying to access the Teamsite it start giving the error (This URL is not found). After going to the deep diving into this, I have found that the InterwovenAccessServices is not running (I have run the services.msc command to check this), when I click to start this service, it giving me the error,
"Could not start the InterwovenAccessServices on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly"

Also, the Apache Tomcat is not getting start.

Can some one let me know that how to rectify it.
