One of our authors submitted content to his downstream approvers. However, the workflow completed shortly after, and one of the entries in the task reads as follows:
No users in review group [WM\IUsers-WM_Review]. Skipping approval
WM\IUsers-WM_Review is an Active Directory group. I confirmed that it most certainly contains the users that would approve submitted content. These users have all been added to TeamSite using AD, or what TeamSite calls OS. I can also see this AD group in my iwcache.xml file.
Can anyone suggest what this might be or how to troubleshoot? Thanks.
