Gear Up event

Anyone knows if there's like a replacement event for this ?
Would be interesting for us customers to see one another on such an event to exchange thoughts and idea's.
I already suggested this to HP/Autonomy to organise this in the last phone meeting with them ,but no reaction from that side.

I miss them too - not only were customers able to meet other customers, but consultants were able to meet other consultants and customers and we were able to see a few Engineers and potentially bend the ear of some of the product managers, etc.

Unfortunately, ever since the overall economy went south, so too did GearUp since many of the folks who normally would have attended no longer were able, or willing, to afford the cost of it.

I hope it comes back, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Meanwhile I did post some polls on several linkedin groups to measure the interest for it.
Let's see.
But feel free to respond already to this forum thread.
If I can show there's a genuine demand from customers ,maybe HP/Autonomy can be persuaved.

I asked Sunil (Autonomy CTO) about this last month. He told me that there are no plans though HP has a lot of user groups meetings and it may be folded into those.

If you want something done, go through your sales team. If you go to a marketing even, tell marketing.
