Got error when add folder as a favourite in teamsite

Hi All,

When one of our user is trying to add a folder as a favourite she is getting the below exception: Even when the user is clicking on My Favourites option the same error is appearing.

An errror occured creating context type
"com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.filesys.favorite.FavoriteContext" with id "null"

We are working on TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 with OpenDeploy 6.2, installed on Solaris 10.

The user has admin privileges in the branch.
Please advise me on resolving this error.
