Preview problem

Hi,

We are using TeamSite 7.2 version.

When i tried to preview any file, I am getting error as "Page Cannot be Found".

When i tried to open the same file in "Edit" mode, It is opening.

When i click on the file (i.e., tried to open in preview mode), It's not opening the file, showing error.

Can any one solve my issue.

Are these regular files or DCRs?

Hi ghoti,

Those are regular files. Not DCR's. I can able to open DCR's.

ex: sample.txt. datacapture.cfg ...etc. I can't able to open these kind of files.

Please provide me solution.

Read the installation and administration guides if you don't know what "customer web server" is.

Thanks for the solution.

customer_webserver_port is set to 81 only in iw.cfg.

As you said the problem may be with installation customer web server.

I need to check that in documents.

try going to http://YOUR-SERVER-NAME:81/

in a browser and see if it displays the Apache/IIS page

but its showing page cannot be display.

So you have no web server running. You need to fix that, someone need to configure/install apache or IIS on your sever to auto start on port 81.

Did you try HTTP or HTTPS ?

It is unlikely HTTPS would have worked.
