Edit -> Copy is not working

I tried copying files from one folder to another using edit - copy. It asks for the location and when I click on "Ok" it displays a white/blank screen and gets stuck. I am not able to copy. Please help.

Environment : TeamSite 7.2, Any Browser Mozilla/IE

Its a product BUG. Only re-setting the UI will fix the issue.
Open up a support case.

iwreset -ui or -a. This should make edit->copy function to work.

do not do this on PROD..chances of crashing server is more...sometimes it works..

can do iwreset -ui
