Please clarify some of questions.
1. Are you using DAS for your DD?
2. Environment details?
3. Post your log files
4. Please post in proper way to get proper solution at proper post category, information missing
5. Post your ODbase and config files
6. Are you trying to do datadeploy on submit or DAS event trigger?
