Files present in staging and not appear in workarea

Hi,

I am facing new issue in our Teamsite server. We can able to see some files in STAGING but those files are not appear in WORKAREA.

I am not understanding how this is happening. Files are not even appear with delete mark in WORKAREA. Files are not appearing in WORKAREA atall. But those are present in STAGIN.

Can any one help me on this what may be the cause.

Hi Sree,

The one cause of this is that file is submitted to Staging from some different workarea and may be you were referring some other workarea which is not updated.

Please post the following:

1. Path to STAGING

2. Path to WA

Also, did you forget to get latest after creating the WA?

Can you create a new WA?

Also make sure that you are in View > All Files mode when in your workarea. If you are in some other mode, that would likely explain why you don't see the files there.
