Adding Work flow task comment to the file properties

PLC work flow is adding all the Work flow task comment to the file properties while deploying the files.

Any missing configuration ?

PLC work flow is adding all the Work flow task comment to the file properties while deploying the files.

How is this a bad thing? Haven't tried, but I'm pretty sure you can stop it by setting "save comments" to false on your submit task.

/side note: did you actually paste your question from an MSWord document?? Smiley Tongue

Well for one, your posts always have a different font and colour.. but when I quoted your original post, it was littered with mso garbage html Smiley Tongue

Regarding your actual question, I don't have any other suggestions off the top of my head.. but I'm still wondering why this is even an issue for you?

I always use the wysiwyg editor to format the font and color Smiley Tongue
This is not an issues at this time , but seeing a lots of comments at the file property and
want to avoid it .
