Not able to see branches inside store.(Teamsite 7.2.1)

Hi All,

We have deactivated our store and copied the whole store to another location.
Then we tried to point to the new store by registry editing on the server.
The store came up on UI and it is also seen running as seen by Iwstoreadm-l command,but we are not able to see the previous branches inside the store that existed.
We also tried to rever bank the chnges we made but now even for the previous store we are not able to see the branches.

Please suggest futher course of action
