Teamsite upgrade from TS 6.7.2 to TS 7.3.2 but Teamsite 7.3.2 (INSTALL) is grey out.

Hi All,

I am upgrading our teamsite 6.7.2 solaries 10 to Teamsite 7.3.2 on solaries 10. but it is showing me WCM installation component gred out and I am not able to select. How to find this package.

Upgrading directly from 6.7.2 to 7.3.2 is not a supported upgraded path.

The most preferred upgrade path for you would be a 2 step upgrade :

Upgrade from 6.7.2 SP 2 to 7.2.1
Then do the upgrade from 7.2.1 to 7.3.2
