LSCS Runtime installation on WAS 6 on Linux

We have installed LSCS on WAS 6 by following the steps provided in installation document but found that the respective folders for creation of WAR were not available. When we were searching the support site, we found another case, detailing out the steps for LSCS 7.1 installation on WAS 6. We found that the initial steps was missed. We tried to reinstall but found that lscs option was greyed out. We also could not find an uninstaller for lscs. We have raised a support case for that but wanted to know whether someone has faced similar issue and the solution for the same. Thanks in advance for your help.
