7.3.1 Update 1 Autonomy Collaborative Client

HI All,

Anyone tried installing the 7.3.1 Update 1 Installing and Configuring Autonomy Collaborative Client? I made a mistake in the ACC Bootstrap set-up with the servers and ports (as our Search is not on the same server as Teamsite) and can't seem to find out where to "fix" it. In real IDOL you just delete the acc.war and copy it back in again. Tried that ... didn't work. I'm guessing that Teamsite stores this data in that lovely database somewhere. Anyone have any thoughts as to how to delete/update that info?

If you haven't already done so - I suggest opening a case with Autonomy Support ...

I hate VMs. Repeated restarting of them wouldn't clear my ACC bootstrap. However, they were doing some electrical work in the server farm last night so the physical servers were powered down. That seems to have done it. A new copy of acc.war and it looks like I'm good to go.

Of course it could just as easily be that the error would not clear until I made a complete "****-of-self" by posting here and opening a case.
