Getting Preview Error like "page can't be displayed" in Temaiste 6.5

Hi,

When previewing any file in Teamsite 6.5, getting error as "page can't be displayed".
we can able to edit the dcr.
Below is the parameters for the proxy settings in iw.cfg:
[iwproxy]
iwproxy_host=localhost
customer_webserver_host=severname.lds.grp
iwproxy_port=1080
customer_webserver_port=81

Can anyone please suggest on this issue.

Way too many possibilities here. You are on a version of software that is 8 years old. You do not mention what you are trying to preview, what webserver you use, any proxy settings.
