Unable to run OpenAPI example for Search

Hi,
I encounter the error

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The element type "META" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</META>".

when i try to run the OpenAPI example for Search. It fails on the addSubject() call. Any ideas?
