We are using Linux.

Is this a system that was working and now isn't - or a "new" system that is not working?

I ask, because Linux installations require some patches at the OS level to be applied (I'm not sure of all the details, but I'm sure nipper or rpoulin or someone will chime in) - and the fact that you're getting an error message that indicates "No _parse_* routine defined on this driver" makes me think that might be the issue.
