Looking for complete list of constants defined in this module. Any guess where I can find/decompile it?

The manual lists:
•RuntimePage.PAGESCOPE_TITLE Page title
•RuntimePage.PAGESCOPE_KEYWORDS Page META keywords (compounded over all components and comma separated)
•RuntimePage.PAGESCOPE_DESCRIPTION Page META description

However I know there's more including RuntimePage.PAGESCOPE_HEAD_INJECTION

Anything else available to us?

You can use head_injection for injecting custom marketting tags.like below

String str1 = requestContext.getUrlPrefix();
String str2 = "";
ArrayList localArrayList = new ArrayList();
localArrayList.add(str1 + "webassets/jscripts/script1.js");
localArrayList.add(str1 + "webassets/jscripts/script2.js");

Out of interest, anyone know where CUSTOM_SKIN would be used? The rest all make sense apart from that one.

AFAIK, it serves no purpose. I've tried mucking around with it but LS just seems to ignore whatever value you put in there. Component skins only serve a very narrow use case anyway.
