I am looking for OD developer and admin docs.

Is is provided with installation on server ? If yes, what location will it be at ? If not, how can I get it ?

I checked everywhere, but cant find it.

Must be downloaded from support, typically done when downloading the software. Talk to who ever downloaded it and see if they grabbed the docs as well. Back in the days of CD distribution, it would be on there as well.
