Livesite - 7.3.1
The deployment is failing on one server. We have two LSCS servers(17,18) and LSDS servers. The first server deployment is succsesfull. The deployment is failing on nd server.
When we hit this query for the 2nd server(18), it returns 500 INternal server error
http:// ort/lscs/v1/document$?q=*
On LR, under lscs.log the following are the errors
1) MainController - error.internal_server
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.autonomy.nonaci.indexing.IndexingException: handleDbSync(): failed to sync DB.
2) MainController - error.internal_server
java.lang.Exception: Unable to locate document in database: id=49cacbcae9f4e4aae0019ae2a7926cb0 context:052d2c049c8ee7ff5d23297dc6b2dd63
Also comparing both LSCS servers DB, on 17 there are 2 in count and on 18 its 4 in count
we tried clean up process but no change in DB count.
Could some help on this?
