Onload event for .page files

Is there any way we can define onload event for body tag in a .page file? Can it be done through layouts or templates? A .page ultimately transforms into an HTML only.

Example:

Hi Payal,

You can do this in two ways

1)At component level ( not for the body tag)
Write a regular JS in CDATA with in appearance

2)At page level for body tag

Write a regular JS in CDATA with in custom page layout
