remove jobs in little job menu
jhertum
Hi there. I want to see the "Remove Job" function when I make a job. I'm searching where I can set the correct parameter for this. I allready saw some code in iw-home\httpd\iw-bin\todolist.ihtml (search for Remove Job).
But how to turn this ON????
If you know... please reply.
Regards,
Jeroen van Hertum

What role are you logged in with?
Generally speaking, if you are logged in as an Editor or above, you can go to the To Do List and select the Remove Job option on the Job Options menu

I don't have a clue what you're really asking for in this post, but if you are trying to implement something that will mimic the Remove Job function, there is a CLT called
iwrmjob
that should do the trick.

That is just what I don't get. This REMOVE JOB was in our installation on 5.0.x... but now we upgraded to TS 5.5.. and this option is GONE. Now I know that this option was turned on by an Interwoven Consultant...
But it is crazy to get such a person over here to turn a switch...
So my question is: Where can I turn on this switch??? (so REMOVE JOB appears in the JOB OPTIONS menu)
thanx

Let's take this back a step or two:
1) Who initiated the job that you wish to remove?
2) Who are you logged in as, and under what role, when you go to the To Do List and want to remove the job?
3) Does the wft hard-code the owner and/or creator of the job?
