We have two definitions in commit-deploy-plc.xml. One for LSCS and other for LSDS. The LSCS definition will get the values from lscs_authoring.xml. Similarly how will the values are feeded for LSDS definition.
They are calculated by the PLC deployment task (or the Java code supporting the startdeploy.sh script)
