TS Access issue

Hi All,

One user is facing an access problem for a single folder. The user is not able to see any files under this folder and when tries to click on import button, the page turns out blank. The user is able to view,edit and access this same folder through BriefCase.

I have master access and I am able to view and edit existing files and also import new file.

I observed that there is some strange lines appearing at the bottom when I go inside this folder. Have attached the screenshot.

Has anybody found such something before?

remove your junk users through clt.

this should resolve your issue.
