Using "command " element in workflow modeler

In wft, command element is specified as
command = 'iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl iw-home/httpd/iw-bin/executeThis.ipl"

In workflow modeler , I can see command as one of the properties under properties/general. Is this where, I specify the external script to be executed ? If not, where do I specify external script ?
DO I need to provide path for iwperl.exe or is it assumed by the modeler ? If not, then where to provide path for iwperl.exe ?

Well, command in wft and command in wfm, one would think that means the same thing.

Make the assumption that there are no variables defined, provide the path to everything, including the command invocation

FYI, the variables that are provided by WFM are documented in the WFM guide in a section called "TeamSite System Variables" (p.73 in the TS7.1 doc).

Specifically, this would be correct in WFM:
$IW_HOME/iw-perl/bin/iwperl $IW_HOME/httpd/iw-bin/executeThis.ipl
