ClassNot Found exception while downloading files from teamsite

Hi,
While downloading files from teamsite(like datacapture.cfg, etc) I am getting the following error
"java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.interwoven.launchpad100.LaunchPadApplet.class"
Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what should be corrected?
