Need to create a DCR with a field having random read only value

Hi All,

We need to create a DCR with a field which takes a Random unique read only value for the first time we are opening a DCR.If a value is already there ,then the value should be same as it was.Please help.Its urgent.

This is easy to do. If you want someone to do it for you, then hire someone. If you need some help, then post what you have done and explain what is missing.
