Server Application Unavailable

Hi All,

I have request to edit old .page files on Teamsite, but when I try to edit the .page the below error message comes up.

"Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this webserver is currently unavailable.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific requestcan be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error."

No clue on which log file to check, Can some one suggest on this.

What needs to be done to get this problem solved.
Do I need to reboot the Apache services.

Teamsite version is 6.7.2 installed Win2003 Server
