PLC workflow not working
BhargavReddy
Hi,
We have installed TeamSite 7.3.1 with LSCS on Windows 2008 Server. We have also installed 3 LSDS servers and 1 LSCS server. We are running into two issues.
Issue 1. After configuring the PLC workflow, when we invoke it, the following error is displayed in content_center log:
2012-03-27 16:48:51,467 [http-0.0.0.0-8080-10] ERROR com.interwoven.modeler.util.CSUtil () - Unable to get config xml for model: Publish LiveSite Content

Issue 2. When we run a deployment from LSCS authoring using startDeploy.bat, the following error is displayed in deployment.log:
03-27-12 @ 16:17:21 [WARN ] CSJavaFactory - Exception while initializing CSConfig using property object: defaultTSServer mandatory property not found., resorting to use cssdk.cfg.

We ran the following command: E:\Interwoven\LiveSiteCSAuth\authoring\bin>startdeploy.bat -StartDeploy_DeploymentMode production -StartDeploy_TsAreaDiffArea //servername/default/main/STAGING -StartDeploy_TsAreaDiffPreviousArea //servername/default/main/EDITION/INITIAL
Also livesite-od user was configured as suggested in the documentation as a Master user.
Your help is much appreciated, Thanks in Advance...!
Thanks!

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidUserException : Unknown Hopi error(No such TeamSite user)
usually indicates something to do with the account you are logged in as. Make sure the account you are using (not the livesite-od) has od-admin rights.

It has od-admin rights...!

In more recent version, the cache files are placed in the WEB-INF/livesite.cache directory. LSDS should crate the directory if not present
I would check to make sure the user id running the app server has adequate file system permissions
