How to configure a branch in Manage Taxonomies UI

Hi,

I have issue in showing up branches in manage taxonomies UI.

Here is what i did?

1. Log in to TS as user 1(Platform Master role)
2. Created a new branch "demo"
3. Created a new workarea "demo"
4. Created a new Site "demo"
5. Select Sitepublisher -> Manage Taxonomies menu
6. I see that Demo site taxonomy is displayed
7. Submit all the changes demo work area.

Then,

1. Login to TS as user 2 (Platform Master role)
2. Navigated to demo work area.
3. Select SitePublisher -> Manage Taxonomies
4. I don't see that demo site taxonomy is displayed.

So, Looks like I messed up with some basic configuration here. How do we make sure that taxonomies created for a site is available for access to all the users. What is the basic thing i am missing here?
