Reviewer role in TeamSite

We have a requirement where editors work is to be reviewed by legal expert for some legal policies edited through TS.

Is there any licensing cost for reviewer role ? I understand reviewer is just another TS user whois asigned reviewer role. How many users are allowed with installation of TS ? Is there any limit on number of users TS can have ?

I understand , this is something that is negotiable with sales dept. I am asking some general information as to understand. Will HP allow 500 users in TS with one installation ? Is there any limit on number of users for any particular role ?

Generally speaking, TeamSite licensing is based on hardware and content store count, so there should not be any [licensing] limit to how many users you have. However, you should confirm this with your sales rep and/or support contract, as cases vary.

From my past experience - and it could have changed (since it has many times before) - you pay for a certain number of user licenses and a certain number of "power-user" licenses. How you divvy up those licenses once you have them is completely up to you.

"power-user" licenses generally means Master. It used to also mean "Admin" (and at one point "Editor") - but ever since they changed the role-assignments to be branch-based rather than server-based (the exception being 'Master') and allowed the creation of custom roles - "Editor" and, I believe, "Admin" slipped down into the general "user license" category which also includes "Author", "Reviewer" and all those potential custom roles.

It's possible that they no longer worry about selling user licenses - but somehow I doubt that and, as already mentioned, would strongly recommend you talk to your local HP Sales Rep for details.
