I want to rename Finish button in teamsite DCT..can anybody have idea about that.

In simple can't be done.

But there will be a hack, that can be done using FormAPI init() method where finish button can be hacked and label changed with different value.

Yes if you want to pay someone to do your job for you.

Otherwise read the form API manual and learn about the IWDatacapture objects (specifically the SAVECLOSE_BUTTON)

If you know JS you may be able to use that to rename the button
