If a company purchase s/w licenses from HP/Interwoen and at the time of using the product they face issues like installation/configuation etc.

Will those support services are billlable to HP?

When you purchase a year of support, you get software updates and phone support. However when you are looking at installation/configuration, that is typically a PSO (professional services orgainiztion) issue, which something you would pay for. Whether that is directly from Autonomy, a partner or an independent, expect to pay if you want help.
