Livesite Runtime | Goes Down Frequently

Hi

We are currently using TeamSite 6.7.1 with SP1 along with LiveSite 3.0.3. Problem is that he Livesite runtime server goes down very frequently and its needs to be restarted time and again.

I checked with the Autonomy support and they said we need to check for Cache invalidation files that are being built inside the sites folder but strangely i cant see any such files present inside sites folder.

Today even after restarting the livesite runtime several times its not coming up. I also deleted the folder livesite.cache and then restarted the server but still i am not able to access the application.

The logs also doesnt say anything specific to this. I am not getting any error or warning in the logs.

Any help or pointers are welcome here.
