The LiveSite Content Server admin/debug panel (http://serverhere:1876/lscs/admin/debugpanel/) is pretty nice for tracking down LSCS issues - is there an equivalent for LSDS?

There's no "dashboard" type of thing, but there are similar utilities.. look inside your /iw/admin folder in the runtime root. log4j.jsp and JCS.jsp are of particular use.

For my installation

(http://serverhere:1876/lscs/admin/debugpanel) link is not working.

I want following error into installation log, but installation did not give nay error.

"net start tomcat6" command failed.

I am installing LSCS and LSRS on same server.

LSRS is running properly (on 1776 port Run.bat start), BUt I am not sure how to start LSCS on Runtime server (on port 1876).

That file is missing, or the service doesn't have permission to access/run it. If it's missing, make sure your install completed without error, because it doesn't look like that's the case.

If you're getting this on the runtime side, your configuration is just plain wrong. If I had to guess, someone may have copied the WEB-INF from the authoring side to the runtime side, which ain't gonna work.

Then that implies that your configuration for the Eduction module is somehow incorrect.. but that stuff is all pretty canned and should work ootb, so you must've fudged something even if only by accident, and I have no clue how you'd go about troubleshooting that. Perhaps you'll find something relevant in the idol logs or lscs.log?

I encountered a similar error on URL http://[server]:8080/lscs/v1/admin/status when testing a fresh LSCS authoring install.

Admin links on http://[server]:8080/lscs/admin/debugpanel/ also gives same error.

Environment:
TS 7.3.2 (with sitepublisher and targeting license)
OD 7.3.2
Windows Server 2008 R2, 64-bit

What's new in your case (or was never mentioned by mishravik) is that you have an exception immediately before the subject one, which is this:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Y:\iwadmin\main\config\STAGING\indexer\ea_info.xml (The system cannot find the path specified)

That could very well be the real cause of the second problem. Can you verify that the above file exists and is accessible by the process?

Thanks for your response, no this file does not exist nor does entire "indexer" folder.

Another thread mentions about this missing file: [thread=38420]link[/thread]. This was tried too but, it did not create this file in Teamsite.

This content of this file is specific to your server, so there's no 'manual' fix for this. If those scripts failed to create that file, you should have had an error of some kind, either in the console or in relevant log files**. If all else fails, the most likely culprit is a perms problem, so check that you (or specifically, the user running those scripts) has access to write to /iwadmin/main/config/WORKAREA/shared via the Y: drive.

** most relevant log file for this is Interwoven/TeamSite/install/livesite/iw_mount_install.log
