User Locked out

TS732, WS2008

I have a master role on TeamSite.
I don't know how, but I have locked out myself. How can I open this lock now ? I have other master username and password.
Do I have to do it in TeamSite or OS ? I looked in TeamSite UI user management, but did not find anything to open lock.
Can it be done from TS UI or TS server or OS ? How ?

As long as you are able to login to your windows server you should be able login to TS as well.
While trying to login to TS, look at access.log and it will record your user Id trying to do something, see what is the error. If you see the error and dont know what to do, pls post the log here.

How do you authenticate? Are you using local OS accounts, ADS/LDAP, Windows Domain authentication or anything else?
Do you use SSO? Id you do, which one?

As long as you are able to login to your windows server you should be able login to TS as well

This is rarely true. You may find OS Authentication perhaps in some cases with very limited number of users.
In modern enterprise Environments with ADS/LDAP authentication, most of your users will be able to login to
TS but not to underlying OS. Conversely, an ability to login to OS does not guarantee that the user has operational
TS account and so on.

Agree with you ISCBorisB about LDAP or any auth.
That is why looking into access log may give some insight.
