Error after logging to teamsite

Hi All,

we are facing a problem where some business users were not able to access the site.
The moment they are logged in they are facing the below error :

"An error has occurred while loading the portlet. Please contact your TeamSite administrator. "

Well you have not given us much to go on, such as:
version of TeamSite
environment (looks like portal of some flavor)
What log files have you looked at?
Do you have any training?
Have you contacted support?
What steps have you done to ensure that the people who fail are set the same as the people who don't fail.
is it every time?
does it matter if they open a new browser or not?
could it be a cookie collision with the portal?
are they setup as TeamSite users or setup through your network security?

A little more help from you would go a long way.
