Issue in TS 7.3.1 installtion

Hi,

I installed TeamSite 7.3.1 in Windows 2003 server (virtual system), installation is completed with Sitepublisher Component installation failed. TeamSite service alone not up. Unable to identify the issue.

Got following error in iwtrace.log
ERROR: Invalid workflow registry.
ERROR:workflow store couldn't be initialized. Please check the permissions of workflow store.
Failed to start store manager.

Please some one help me to identify & resolve the issue.

I verified installer.log, but i don't get any msg for this issue

But i got some relevant issue in iwtrace.log, find that update in my inital thread

I think you mean "Remove the workflow folder in the default store ..." - not "everything in" but the entire folder - yes?

I typically leave the workflow folder, but you can probably do either

I resolved that issue by following step
1) stop all services
2) remove or rename default & workflow folders in iw_store
3) start all the services

The above steps helped me to resove the issue, after that TeamSite service is up, UI also up.

After that I run post inallation steps manually as mentioned in installation doc. Completed all 11 steps, sitepub_component_install.bat execution failed with sisue. Because of that I'm facing another issue, that's sitepublisher is not installed properly.

Any sugguestion to make sitepublisher up.......

Also I'm unable to work on mount file system
