iwtax_node and iwtax_node_type tables missing

We are just starting to utilize the taxonomy file in SitePublisher. When I try to deploy it to our runtime environment it fails saying it can't insert into the iwtax_node_type table.

After doing some digging and a LiveMeeting chat with support, we have determined that the tables are missing in the RT environment.

What's interesting is in RT there are two databases, LSCSRT and LSDCRT. The LSDSRT database has no tables. The LSCSRT database has some a few but not the two I'm trying to populate.

Our Development environment has an extra DB, lscsauth, that contains the two tables iwtax_node[_type].

Questions
- anyone else experience this?
- anyone have those two tables in RT environment?
- Support said those tables should be in a db called "sitepublisher" do you have such a database, and if so what tables are in it?
