iwodserver and non-root user boot

Hi all,
I have a problem with Opendeploy:[INDENT]if we restart the iwodserver with root the deploy works otherwise no[/INDENT]

We have install Opendeploy with the root user, after that we performed all the action view on the documentation about non-root user boot.

We run the iwodnonroot cmd, and we modified the deploy.cfg:
[INDENT]Deploy.bootStrapUserName: {opendeploy-user}[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Deploy.allowDefaultBootStrapUser: yes[/INDENT]
but none is changed

The result of the "./iwodauthorize -r list od-admin" is

OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173 Specified role: od-admin Role od-admin has users: [02srv000kf\Administrator, opendeploy, root]

Have we lost something?

Hi,

I am having the same issue with receiver as non-root. It fails deployment with error 'Could not get file data from socket'

This issue only occurs when the receiver is being run as non-root. Deployment works fine when receiver is being run as root.

Checked that the non-root user has read/write/execute permission on the target folders, but still having the same issue.

Environment:
OD 7.3.2 Solaris 10 for both base and receiver.
