Error in starting OpenOffice service

Hi all,

I am having difficulties getting the installation done. I am getting following error:
AM Error in starting OpenOffice service.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this? Thanks

VMB ThirdParty Installer should be run to install all the third-party components needed for VMB Server.

OpenOffice is component that VMB Server checks before it initializes. The OpenOffice should be installed and it path should be updated in MBSettings table.

VMB Server fails to initialize with this error in MBP.log if OpenOffice is not installed OR its path not updated correctly in MBSettings table on the database.

Thank you. Yes i found in installation documentation that we have to manually run the STORED PROCEDURE that alters the MBSettings table.
