TS web services

Hi there,

I am upgrading TS 6.7.2 to TS 7.3.2 on Windows 2003 SE SP2, the installation Guide said the web services port need be enabled in Open Deploy (odbase.xml). I am not sure whether it is mandatory. Because web services is disable in our TS 6.7.2 (OD base 6.2.1).

It is required for a number of items, many workflows (esp SitePub PLC) will require those. You should enable it, but you can try without it.
