TD672, WS3 I am trying to dom"New Form Entry" and I am grtting following error "A problem was encountered trying to read the datacapture.cfg file for type Products. Please contact your system administrator. Root cause: null Details... java.lang.NullPointerException..........

" I understand, that some object is not being referenced properly. How can I find out what causes this ? what can be causing this error ? How can I fix it ? Thanks

Check your DCT for that template type. 

 

Is this an existing DCT or a new one ? Is it the same for all users or only 1 ? Any changes to the DCT recently ?

 

Since this is 6.7.2 your options are limited as it has been EOL for a few years now. 

 

Collect as much information as you can on the circumstances of when it works and when it does not and post your findings. Maybe someone can help.
