Adding Watermark to PDF documents using Teamsite

Hi All,

My scenario is as follows:
I have a DCR which is a PDF document. There is a metadata like Status(Live, Staged, Archive) for these documents. Once a PDF is made Archive, on Save or Submit, through Teamsite a Watermark should be placed on all pages of the PDF document.

Is there a way in Teamsite, to add Watermark to PDF when a DCR is submitted or saved.

Any help would be appreciated.

The DCR is not a PDF.
Perhaps you are using some form of PT that runs something like FOP on the HTML generated from the DCR that results in a PDF?
If so - then you may be able to do something there with regard to adding a watermark (don't know, haven't ever tried this)

If the DCR is just a wrapper reference for a PDF file that exists within TeamSite, then you should do a Google for "adding watermark to pdf programmatically" and look at the results (seem to be a fair number of them, mostly referencing products that would facilitate what you're asking)

TeamSite itself has nothing to do with adding watermarks to PDFs (unless that's a feature in MediaBin / Virage?)
