I am creating xml file using "iw_ostream" but getting below error while generating the xml file

This type of error is coming when I am adding

or

under "iw_ostream"

It *seems* that you use XML Templates. If that's indeed the case you'd have to encapsulate perl fragments
(iwpt_output, whatever) in the CDATA Brackets to maintain XML Syntax.

Alternatively, if you use empty iw_pt Container or omit it altogether you will not need to adhere to strict
XML rules, will not need CDATA etc... This is sometimes called non-XML Templates.

If iw_pt Tag is your Template's encapsulating Container you are using XML - style Template.
If it is empty ( <iw_pt/> ) or does not exist, it's non-XML

Now for debugging I tried to generate xml file without fetching dcr values and got below error

XML Parsing Error: no element found

Fixed the issue by proper use of CDATA.
