Backing store

I am looking at migrating teamsite solaris 6.5 backing store to a windows 7.2.1 backing store. Can you let me know if this is possible ? What are my options ?

Your options are quite simple - you cannot migrate a backing store from Unix to Windows (or vice-versa)

That's correct - the store formats are not compatible between Unix and Windows. The alternative that you have is to recreate your branch structure (down to the workareas) on the 7.x Windows server default store.
Copy the contents of the workareas on the 6.5 store to the corresponding workareas on the 7.x store. You'll also have to save the extended attributes on the source files and reset them on the target files with iwextattr. This can be scripted.
A simpler option is to use OpenDeploy, if you have it, to deploy the files from the workareas on the 6.5 store to the workareas on the 7.x store. Deployments can be configured to also deploy extended attributes.

You'll lose the version histories on the new server, so you should keep the old store archived in case you need to retrieve an older version of a file from it.
