File Upload Issue

Hi,

I am able to see only 20 folders during file upload, but the folder contains more than that. is this related to the jave issue. we are currently using Teamsite 6.5.0 and the system specifications were below.

OS : XP
Browser : IE 8.0, Firefox
Java : java runtime environment 1.6.0_32-b05

Can any one help on this to show the complete list of folder structure available on my machine.

It's known issue in "Import". Try do downgrade client's JVM to at least 1.6.0_23 or even older.
Note that TS 6.5 is 8 (is it 9?) years old, your Client may perhaps consider an upgrade.
