Error in LiveSite runtime 7.3.1 for Invalid sites

Our pages deployed from TS 7.3.1 to LS 7.3.1 work fine. However when we the invalid site needs to be invoked..for example when the site is not available we see the error as:

Looks to me as interferring jars issue but wanted to check if this works ok for others. Can any one confirm this?
