Worksite Add-In Problem in Word 2013

My company have started a pilot test for office 2013 with WorkSite 9 for a few weeks. However, some of the users occasionally hang in Word 2013 and show below error message after restarting Word 2013.

May I know did anyone have experienced same/ similar problem for crash of Word 2013 with WorkSite integration add-in? May I know the reason? how to solve it?

Hi,

We can't see the picture with the error, try attaching as a file
Have you tried checink and disabling the other office addins, see if there's a clash with worksite?

Ok, one of the more helpfull error messages :-)

You'll need to get more information, suggest doing the disable other addins to see if something's clashing, and the tools metioned in the link I posted to see if you can get more information as to what's causing the problem
