Save location

When we click the save button on a DCR, we get a popup to save the template with a default location ("/data"). Is there any way we can change the location where we can save the file?

All DCR's for a certain template type must be saved under its respective data directory.
Unfortunately I havent seen a way to specify a ceiling or starting point deeper than /data.

You can specifiy in templating.cfg what would be a valid location to save with a regex however

What exactly do you want to happen ? start at templatedata/cat/type/data/some/sub/dir ?

I do not think that is possible, but I always use FormAPI to set the dir and file name, so I do not worry about it.

I've used FormAPI to set the dir and filename before but my client is requesting that they be able to name their own files but have the directory set based on values they choose within the DCR.

In the past, I've got around this by providing a "file name" textbox on the DCT so the name is then set from there but I am wondering if it is possible to set the "path" for the save dialogue box that comes up when you initially save the DCR? The net result is that the the save dialogue box pops up, the save path is set and the filename is wide open for the user to choose.
