Filesite plugin enabling causing issue with AutoComplete in Outlook 2010

We are facing issue in one of the employees laptop, who's FileSite plugin is not allowing the AutoComplete in Outlook 2010 to function properly.

If the plugin is disabled the Autocomplete works as it should, and as soon as the plugin is enabled Autocomplete no longer works.

We have already tried following cases:
Reinstalling FileSite
Disabling and Re-enabiling the FileSite plugin
Recreating the Outlook profile
Recreating the Outlook OST
Recreating the Outlook Offline Address Books and Roaming Cache
Updating Outlook / Office
Updating Windows


Please let me know if you have any instructions for us we would love to solve this issue without having to format the machine.
